Radiofrequency ablation is one of the most effective non-surgical treatments for neck and back pain that comes from arthritic spine joints. Here is who it helps, what the day is like, and what to expect afterward.
Epidural steroid injectionsAn epidural steroid injection can calm an irritated spinal nerve and relieve pain that travels into an arm or leg. The injection itself takes less than 5 minutes. Here is what to expect.
Back and neck painMost people with back or neck pain never need an operation. The key is knowing what to try first, which warning signs cannot wait, and when surgery really is the better choice.
